Was Liverpool’s 2021-22 season a failure?

Looking back on the season, a lot of critics have labelled Liverpool’s 2021-22 season a failure. Apparently, getting to three cup finals, winning two trophies, and pushing the league champions to the final 20 minutes of the season isn’t good enough for some people.
