Just days after the 2019-20 Liverpool home shirt was leaked online, the club has launched the pre-order for the new kit.
The jersey is a throwback to the iconic Liverpool home shirt worn from 1982 to 1985. It also features a rounded neckline for the first time in a while.

Although leaked images appeared to show a much lighter red kit, the pre-order version continues the dark red that Liverpool have worn over the last two seasons.
Perhaps, this is a way to put Liverpool and Fenway Sports Group’s Boston Red Sox colours in line.
